Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Gather your order documents such as email confirmation with order number.
  2. Send an email to info@deviouscustoms.wpenginepowered.com with the following information
    1. Name
    2. Order number
    3. Item you would like to return
  3. You will receive a reply with further instructions

Additional Information:

  • How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit
    • It generally takes about 3 days for us to respond to your request. Your refund will be issued when we receive the product back.
  • Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay
    • Unless otherwise informed, you will need to ship the item back to us at your cost. Generally, FedEx is the cheapest and fastest method. The sooner, the item is returned, the sooner we can issue the refund.
  • Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay
    • There is no restocking fee if the item is returned in original condition. If the item has been used or worn, there will be a variable restock fee.
  • How you handle lost or damaged returns
    • Lost or damaged returns are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to file a claim with the shipper.
