This unit is not plug-and-play, it requires some electrical work and wire splicing.

This control unit is awesome. Fairly easy to install. If you can use a wire stripper, and can do basic wire crimping or soldering, you can install these. Took me about 2 hours to do all four. The switches themselves can be found at any parts store. I broke one of the switches during the install and was able to find the exact switch at grangers.
